Michael Roarty - Chairman

Michael has over 30 years of experience in tunnelling, having worked as a leading miner before and after setting up the business in 1988. A strong manager, he has a successful history in ensuring quality, on-time delivery.

Paul McMahon BE MBA - Managing Director

Paul joined the business in 2004, having previously worked as Networks Director for Subterra and Enterprise. He brings with him extensive experience in the management of term contracts and major projects. He has been heavily involved in the development of both partnering and alliancing agreements for programme delivery.
